Bass Hall is one of the most beautiful venues in the Monadnock Region. It's chestnut-paneled walls provide a warm ambiance, and also give the room excellent acoustical properties. The hall is used for concerts, art shows, lectures, presentations, meetings, and private functions, and is available for rental to individuals, businesses, or organizations. A new addition to Bass Hall is a 1928 Steinway Model L grand piano. This lovely instrument was donated to the Peterborough Historical Society, and it adds considerably to the concert potential.
A small ktichen provides space for organizing light refreshments. At this time the kitchen is not able to serve as a full catering station.
