Program lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes

     To take advantage of the wonderful District #8 Schoolhouse, we've created a hands-on program just on education!  Visitors begin by making their own copy books and then take on the identity of an actual student from the schoolhouse in 1840.  We proceed into the schoolhouse building to learn more about education during that time, partake of several lessons, and then enjoy recess activities (indoors OR out) and a snack.

**This program is appropriate for grades 2-6 and home school groups of mixed ages.
